Insurance & Client Practice Guidelines and Terms

To uphold the standards set by our general liability insurance provider and to maintain the integrity of our practice, we have established the following guidelines for our Certified Facilitators: Certification and Use of 3M Tools:

Upon successful certification by Mindful Integration LLC, facilitators are authorized to utilize the 3M (Mindful Mastery Method) tools in their client sessions.

Personal Liability Insurance: While not mandatory, we strongly recommend that Certified Facilitators secure their own general liability insurance to protect their professional practice.

When Mindful Integration refers a client, the client pays Mindful Integration directly, and we in turn pay the Certified Facilitator. In these cases, the facilitator is covered under our general liability insurance policy, provided they follow the guidelines outlined below for working with MI-referred clients.

Working with MI-Referred Clients: When engaging with clients referred by Mindful Integration LLC or those met through MI programs, facilitators are expected to predominantly employ the 3M tools. This ensures consistency and quality in the support provided.

Incorporation of Other Modalities: Facilitators may integrate additional supportive methods, provided they align with the client's needs and preferences. However, the primary framework should remain rooted in the 3M methodology when working with MI-referred clients. These guidelines are instituted to ensure that all facilitators maintain a consistent standard of practice, safeguarding both the client's well-being and the facilitator's professional integrity.
